in three years to build new sheds, offices and moorings.
Ashore there is a new full sized refit/repaint area of 1000
sqm able to host yachts up to 55m (180ft) in length and 17m(55ft) in height.
This is fully equipped with lighting and ventilation systems
for environmental control and over-spray recovery.
Above the hangar is a complete floor, 900 sqm of new offices
for the yard administration.
Out to sea the shipyard expanded with a new marina facility
which comprises a 100m long gated dock running parallel to the existing
external dock enclosed by an outer right angle arm. On the inside of
this arm will be docking space for eight to ten large yachts with fully
