2022 MYBA Charter Show FEES and TERMS & CONDITIONS – Broker

WHICH BROKER CATEGORY DO YOU BELONG TO?

BR1 – BROKERS who are a MYBA Individual Member OR the Corporate Representative of a MYBA Member Company

BR2a) BROKERS working for a MYBA Member Company who are not Individual MYBA Members

b) Other staff from MYBA Member Companies

BR3 – BROKERS from YACHTFOLIO subscribing companies which are not MYBA Member Companies

BR4 – BROKERS from companies that are NEITHER MYBA Members NOR YACHTFOLIO Subscribers

FOR ALL CATEGORIES:

Before registering, brokers should ensure that they are not listing on their website, nor any other website they trade under, yachts from other Central Agents without their authorisation. Should this be the case and the MYBA Charter Show Panel notified, even after their registration has been accepted and paid for, such brokers will be refused access to the Show.

Brokers should only be representing the company under which they registered and which has been accepted by the MYBA Charter Show Panel. It is not permitted to represent more than one company at the Show.

Brokers accept that charter requests for any of the yachts exhibited at the Show must be made solely through the Yacht’s Central agent. It is agreed by all parties that no solicitation for charter business will be carried out on any of the yachts participating at the Show.

If a Company has been removed from YACHTFOLIO, E-Contract or MYBA Membership, this automatically disqualifies that Company and its employees from attending the MYBA Charter Show (Daily Guest Passes included).

ALL BR1, BR2 and BR3 categories are invited to register online for the 2022 MYBA Charter Show in Marina Port Vell, Barcelona and will be automatically approved after their registration forms have been completed.
