Should this be the case and the MYBA Charter Show Panel notified, even after their registration has been accepted and paid for, such brokers will be refused access to the Show.
Brokers should only be representing the company under which they registered and that was accepted by the MYBA Charter Show Panel. It is not permitted to represent more than one company at the Show.
A business card will be required when picking up Show badges.
Brokers accept that charter requests for any of the yachts
exhibited at the Show must be made solely through the Yacht’s
Central agent.
It is agreed by all parties that no solicitation for charter business
will be carried out on any of the yachts participating at the Show.
If a Company has been removed from YACHTFOLIO, E-contract or MYBA Membership, this automatically disqualifies that Company and its employees from attending the MYBA Charter Show (Daily Guest Passes included).
All BR1, BR2 and BR3 categories are invited to register online for the 2022 MYBA Charter Show in Marina Port Vell, Barcelona and will be automatically approved after their registration forms have been completed.
